Honest is and has been our family go to for all our vehicle needs. Their name really speaks for their work. They send you details, pictures of any issues they see occurring or need to be addressed. They don't try to make up things for you to come out of pocket. If you are looking for a place that has your safety and are loyal-looking no more and rest assured that Honest Automotive has your back. Gia is great in staying in touch and making sure you are happy with the work done.

Always happy to give a review for businesses that do quality work and provide good customer service. Honest Auto is one of those local businesses. Frankly, we wish we weren't repeat customers so often. But at least we know who we can trust and recommend to others. Check em out!

I had an appointment at 1 (I arrived promptly and waited for almost 5 minutes before someone came out to get my keys) and didn’t leave until 2:45. I only had an oil change and state inspection. I also have never had anyone fail me for a state inspection when they know it will be a fail before they run the inspection. Instead of telling my that the tires on the car wouldn’t pass, they ran the inspection. It would have been nice to have time to get my problem fixed instead of spending my whole afternoon waiting to fail. At least their waiting room is bright and comfortable and the parking situation is good.

I’ve been looking for a local shop that will consistently get my business, and I think I may have found it. I brought my vehicle in thinking I would need one thing done, but I was surprised that it was another issue that was the cause, which was a cheaper fix. The digital vehicle inspection was thorough and transparent, which I appreciate. And everyone from Gia to the auto techs working on my vehicle were pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Dylan the technician and Gia the service writer. From the moment I arrived, Gia was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free, answering my questions and ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. Dylan did an exceptional job diagnosing and repairing my car. His attention to detail, knowledge, and dedication to getting the job done right were obvious from start to finish. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. The level of communication, professionalism, and customer service provided by both Dylan and Gia was second to none. It’s rare to find a team that works together so well and makes customers feel valued. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.
